Coke or Arizona? which ones worse?
which one is worse for you? they both contain lots of sugar and high fructose. cokes got caffeine (which is some retarded idea to put caffeine in sodas). arizona pretty much a can of sugar. i hear coke can dissolve bones in a week and car paint. so i would say that coke is worse, but by how much?
Actually( although this doesn’t answer your question) it wasn’t a retarded idea to add caffeine to Coke.
If it was, why is the company worth so many Billions of dollars?
It was a brilliant idea.( originally it was extract of the coca leaf).
Remember it’s all about companies making money and not our health.
Now it’s “Red Bull” and the likes( which are worse by far then Coke).
The idea behind the deveopment of Coke was for quick energy( like coffee).
But besides the caffeine, it’s the High fructose corn syrup thats bad( sugars).
Both are bad.
I give the edge to Coke as being worse then most Arizona products.
But keep in mind that Arizona makes some products as bad as Coke.
Their Black tea drinks contain sugar and caffeine and I once had a coffee drink made by them that had more caffeine then Coke.
Toss-up.
