is there any programs i can download that i can put my car in 3-d and make changes to my car. something like example…i put my car on the program on 3-d and make a custom body kit with the program or put my car and paint it and see wat it will look like b4 i do it?. is there any out there?

You can use someting like CAD but you have to program in the car and all parts, not just take pix and load.
Closest bet would be to take a LOT of pictures around the car and load them in PhotoShop and add on the parts you want in layers
