how to fix minor rust spots on a car (pics inside)?
Hi, I have a 1995 Grand Prix, it is my first car and its run well for the past year. I want to fix it up some.
It has quite a few rust spots all over, the paint on the plastic that is around the wheel wells & lower part of the door is almost totally faded, and the clear coat (i think thats what it is) on the spoiler is peeling off really bad.

I had to get the sunroof repaired a few weeks ago, it was leaking all over. So I would like to keep the cost minimal, but I don’t want it looking like I used drywall pieces from a kid with anger managements room.
Thanks in advance to anyone thats up to spending the time to give me tips/info on how to fix this.
