Is there a software or a website where I can design car and planes, anything really? Something like paint on Windows but more complex and capable of doing more stuff?

Try gimp which is a downloadable program! I use Paint Shop Pro X, which you can get for a free 30 day trial, but I bought the full version.
Also try paint.net
