what kind of reducer do i use when painting a car?

I am going to paint my car and I have Sherwin williams Kem-Transport automotive finish.I need to know if someone can tell me what kind of reducer I use to mix with the paint.

use 1 part diesel fuel to 3 parts sulfuric acid, mix well, then pour that into the paint in a large can. Mix well, when everything is mixed, pour in 1/2 quart lacquer thinner and 1/2 gallon of milk. Mix well and strain into your paint sprayer.
