What is the best automotive rust inhibitor?
I recently purchased my dream car, a 1972 Chevelle SS! Mechanically the car is fantastic; however there is a fair amount of rust on the body! I realize I will need to replace severely rusted sections of body completely; however this will take lost of time and money. With this said, can any one recommend a good rust inhibitor I can apply to keep the rust from progressing while I work on the car one part at a time?
I am new to car restoration so any advice at all is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
about the only thing you can do there is sand it down and paint it until you get the chance to get it painted.
