Restoring a classic or buying a new car?
I found a 1969 Z28 camaro I want to buy. The body is straight with a few little dings but needs paint. Interior needs complete restoration. 302 V8 engine runs and is complete. 4speed transmission and rear end also work but are old. I want to rebuild this car and keep it maybe give it to my son when he’s older. My wife dosent understand this find, she thinks I should buy a new car. The price is right and I think it’s a good investment. Does any one know how hard it might be to find parts for a car like this?
well depends it shouldnt be too hard but you have to no where to go to get the parts and buyin a new car maybe easier but the camaro would be a fun project you and your son could work on but i dont no if u should give it to him because that is a classic and if it is crashed it would be expensive to fix and all that work would of been almost a waste of time
