we have a 1965 ford mustang it was made on june 1964?
we have the original owner title ( 1 Owner) never have another name on this car. We are thinking to make a frame off restoration, we have many new part for this classic car. Do you think at the end of the restoration it will be worth all the time and money that was needed to make this car. The one owner title makes this mustang cost more?
suggest getting a ford mustang identification guide and decode the vin. 64 1/2 stangs are worth more , it should also have 13″ rims on it . the value will also increase depending on the options , powertrain and so on . if it is a 64 1/2 it should have a 260 cid or a 170 cid engine and there is no such thing as a 64 1/2 fastback they came out in nov 64 = 65 , no GT’s in 64 came out in feb 65 do your research be fore you spend your money. the rule is the restorer never recoupes the time and money invested . the buyer will usually make out on the deal
