Is the Maaco $200 special a good idea if I am just using it to paint over scratches and marks on a cheap car?
its a 1997 white sebring convertible. I want to keep the color the same and repaint it so that it looks a little better and cover up some scratches and marks. I am only using the car until september or december at the vary latest and then selling it because I only need it from now until college. I just want the car to look a little better in the meantime and I dont care if it looks terrible or gets ruined after a year since I wont need it anymore. I want to spend a maximum od 200-300 dollars to get it done. Will the paint job look alright and last at least 6 months? As long as my car looks better than it does now for at least 6 months its worth it to me.
Yeah, you should be O.K. with them. Some times they do a great job, and then some times I could do better with a rag. Good luck.
