help with revell plastic car model painting tips.?
so ive done quite a few models and they really look pretty decent. but theres an issue i always seem to have. BUBBLES when im spray painting the body!!!
sometime suggested to clean off the kit with dish soap before you paint it. and that seemed to help kind of on my last model..but am i missing anything else?
should i store my model inside the house, or out in the shed? (i live in wa so its like 55-60 degrees outside)
Prime it first. Just a light coat. Let it sit over night. Use a bent coat hanger so you don’t transfer any oils from your hand onto the body. Several light coats of you final color instead of one heavy one. Keep it in a warm spot to set your coats. Letting it out in the shed only leads to problems. Not only the temperature but dust as well.
